I spent 7 years and $15,000 with Culligan trying to eliminate the sulphur problem at one of my properties. I couldn’t get my money back when the first piece of equipment Culligan sold me to solve the problem didn’t work and all of their parts are only available though them and are incompatible with ANY other parts. My only recourse was to buy another piece that they said would solve the problem or junk the entire very expensive system. Culligan’s customer service was THE worst. They didn’t stand behind their guarantees, wouldn’t return my calls and didn’t show up for appointments they made with me. I ordered the product and at first it didn’t work. I called and was told I needed to adjust the nozzle. I had the rotten egg smell really bad. Once I adjusted the nozzle and heavily aerated for a few days the smell was gone and I was able to just the nozzle back down to the lower setting.
